EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.
You may return any full priced item for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received.
Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged so please choose carefully. If you are exchanging you will need to cover the cost of postage by sending a reply paid satchel together with the item you are sending back.
Pre-orders and special orders cannot be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days.
Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange or return your item within 7 days from date of delivery via our email email@example.com
Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund if we are notified after the 7 day period.
Items must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.
When returning Goods: Please enclose

b) Reply paid satchel (registered)

Once we have received the item back we will endeavour to replace it for you ASAP.
To ensure quick and safe delivery of your exchange please include a registered platinum express reply paid satchel. We will not be responsible for goods sent back so it is recommended you register your reply paid satchel so the item can be tracked down.
For national deliveries (Australia wide) we send all orders in an overnight bag with Toll Ipec to ensure quick and safe delivery. This service allows us to track the item, guarantees next working day delivery and receiver's signature.
All international deliveries (Worldwide) are sent with FedEx Economy service 2-5 working days.
